Hey everyone! My name is Heather Lynn I am a second semester freshman here at JSU. I graduated from Westfield High School, but there's a pretty good chance none of you have ever heard of it since it's in Virginia. I have one sibling, a younger brother who's 12 and loves to annoy the crap out of me. Just like everyone else you're probably wondering why the heck I came all the way down here to JSU, so to sum it all up I pretty much just wanted to branch out and get away from home. I am a Criminal Justice major with a concentration in law enforcement and a minor in Psychology. I would like to one day be a police officer in either D.C. or Maryland. Surprising huh?! Most people are shocked when I tell them I want to be a cop! Aside from criminal justice, my passion is running. I ran track all throughout high school, but due to a serious injury I was not able to continue competitive running in college which was heartbreaking. However, when I go back home after this semester I will be helping to coach summer track. I love being down here in Alabama! It's such a change from being in Virginia, but everyone here is so nice and welcoming so i've really been enjoying it! If you happen to have any questions feel free to ask me anytime! (:
